It is possible to cancel your order if it hasn’t been sent. Contact us and we will help you. If your order has been sent, you will have to return the products in order to receive a refund. The freight will not be refunded. All packages are sent via UPS from our warehouse in Amsterdam. Your order will be sent within 1 working day after it has been placed. The normal delivery time when the package has left our warehouse is:

  • 1 working day in the Netherlands
  • 3 working days in Europe
  • 6 working days to remaining destinations

How much is the freight charge?

We ship all over the world, and the freight charge depends on your delivery address. Find your delivery zone below and see the freight charges.

Netherlands: we ship free to your address!
Rest of the world: freight charges €4,-

Returns

You may return your purchase (or part of it) for an exchange or refund within 14 days of receiving it by posting. We are not responsible for return postage costs other than for incorrect or damaged items. Please  return it to the address of our warehouse in Amsterdam. This address is listed below. Before returning your items please send us an e-mail to info@heelup.com with the following information:

  • Your first and last name
  • Order number
  • Reason for return

We will contact you as soon as possible and find an appropriate solution for you.
